With voter turnout expected to be right around eight percent statewide it didn’t take too long to count those votes. All 11 state propositions won easily, one of the closer ones was Proposition Four that will provide money to create more tier one research universities, a process that will take a while says State Representative Dan Branch. Also passing was an amendment that will restrict the use of eminent domain, an amendment that will keep all beaches public as well as eight other constitutional changes.
